Step 1: Fill out the ONLINE OCI APPLICATION .
Step 2: After submitting Part A, you will be given a link for Part B which you must print and fill out.
Step 3: After completing Part B, submit the application along with the appropriate supporting documents to your local consulate (See Where to File).
